I ordered one single item on the 26th of Jan. Same time I ordered stuff from cabelas and macks prairie. Received those items by the 30th except from marsh mutt.

I will never order again. Placed an order on the 12th and paid via PayPal. By the 19th I still had not even had my order acknowledged. Emailed them through their website hyperlink and left a voicemail . Got a rude email.back about not using the correct email to reach them (even though I used the link on their page) and no answer to the status of my order. Called PayPal and they said I needed to open a dispute because the seller violated the ship within 7 day policy and they would see if that would encourage them to ship it because they could tell it had not been shipped. Instead of shipping the item they got mad and cancelled my order because PayPal reached out to them for not shipping a paid order. Buyer beware!
I utilize online retailers for my waterfowl needs primarily. Saw this company had good stuff so I decided to try them.. well, let's just say I won't be ordering from them again online. I can't speak to their physical retail location, however I ordered a single hat on 7/31and have yet to receive it (as of 8/23).
Still calling as I'm writing this and no answer. Facebook out of all things someone responded saying it was refunded. Well I need answers why!! Terrible service and my complaint matches the others I see. Last time o venture from one of the big guys when ordering! Not worth the hassle.
Same experience as others, called and confirmed the goose call was in stock placed the order did not receive shipping information. Finally after calling 5 times a day Josh answered and told me the item was marked as shipped. I never got shipping info then the money was refunded. I never got the call that I ordered now my hunt is here and I'm left without. I wound not recommend using marsh mutt.
I've had the same type of frustration with this business.
I called late one night and their VM said they were open which I knew they weren't. Also said fastest way was to email I did that no response. Called numerous times durin hours and no response. Finally got ahold of josh and was ensured it was shipped. This was feb 7th. That night received an email saying it was refunded.
I have never in 30 years wrote a review but being a small company this might help them grow.
Here I am three days before my trip and no snow camo cover for dog blind. I ended up over night from rogers sporting goods and paid more but service is way better.
Small businesses differentiate themselves by offering supreme customer service. This company has so far landed themselves on the "never again" list for me.
Owner has answered my calls, but has given me every excuse in the book for why I haven't received the hat for almost a month AFTER ALREADY PAYING FOR THE ITEM FULL PRICE. He couldn't update me b/c they didn't ship the item themselves - I get that since they're a small business, but he made no effort to say, "hey, let me check with our vendor for that product line and I'll update you on the shipping". Here's what I got, "Sir, we don't ship small items like that if we don't have them on stock. you should get it soon"...was told that after the first week.
