Waited for 20mins inside waiting to get help. Then finilly got help when I went to pay the MANGER start yellin just cuz I said it's crazy 4 people but can't get help
I wouldn't have posted if it weren't for the 100th horrible experience! I live in Fortville and for the last decade have learned to live with "sub" par service! I own a small business of my own and deal with horrible reviews from time to time from crazy customers that expect the world from you. That being said, this is NOT one of those. Here I am in the drive through for 15 minutes staring at my already made sandwich on the drive through counter, I finally lost it. The kid helping customers was totally oblivious to the fact he had made me a sub and placed it at the counter. I sat there patiently as I watched customer after customer rung up at the front counter. Finally I honked once, waited 15 seconds, honked twice and only a twitch from his face. I then LAID on the horn and finally he asked what I wanted??!!! The damn sandwich on the counter in front of you!!! He looked puzzled at me and somehow realized he took the order, made the sandwich and then walked off into oblivion! ????
But it's ok, he said sorry and gave it to me so alls well. -I'm NEVER going there again-
Horrible experience yet again. I swear I'm not going back this time!
They are one of the best subway I have ever been to! The workers are fantastic at making a sub nice and perfet, and on another note the meatball subs are the best subs out their!!

Very sweet and nice! At most fast food restaurants if you come in late and close to closing time you can tell they are annoyed but not this one! Just wish you had BBQ sauce:)
Not bad for a Subway. The food was fresh but they are consistently understaffed. Hey some help in there people! There are plenty of people in Fortville who need a job!
