Michelle not only takes her time with each spa guest, she also makes it a point to personalize every spa experience with soothing lighting, aromatherapy, mood music, etc based upon the guest's preferences. Her attention to customer comfort, satisfaction, and service excellence are demonstrated in every minute of the spa experience. In all of my years of travel, I have never had a spa experience as superb as the one I received at Michelle's Hidden Spa. Truly, a 5-star experience across the board! I can't wait to go back again after the holidays.
The girlfriend loved the present and spoke very highly of every aspect and detail. I'll probably be sending her again. It was very easy to book the appointment too. But she appears to have a packed schedule so try to book as early as possible!
I was looking at various spas to get my girlfriend a birthday present. And I have zero knowledge of facials and the different massages and such. But Michelle's website was fantastic! Not only did it display pricing but also summaries of the various treatments which made it very easy to decide.

I booked with Michelle on a whim after a bad week. She happened to have a cancellation and I got in for a facial within 2 days. It was the best facial I've ever had. Michelle is knowledgeable and kind. The atmosphere is relaxing and she helped me get set up on a routine that's helped my skin so much. I rebooked after 4 weeks and will continue to do so regularly. She's so quick with responding to emails and questions. I also love her online booking system!
This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Michelle really took her time and created a personalized facial and skin care routine for me. The facial included a scalp and shoulder massage too! It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I can't wait to go back for my next visit!
