did not do job right
I took my car here and lost about $400 due to improper evaluation of the problem. After my car was "fixed" I was out my money and two days later the same problem was happening again. This time I took my car to the dealership and got the problem actually "fixed". Bottom line, go here if you enjoy getting screwed!
My family have been taking vehicles to the Biggs' for 25+ years. Never had a bad experience. Neither Dave nor Mike have ever steered us wrong (pun intended).
